Nathiya has cleared +2 from Thiruvalluvar Kudiyruppu. The first to do so from TVK

Happy for her, having to start school from class 7th , getting known alphabets at that age and passing 10th and 12th is by no means a simple thing. 

Feeling great for the 1st TVK girl clearing class 12th, wish her bright future. 

Must appreciate efforts of our Teachers Ms.Anzarbanu and Ms.Thyalnayagi.

Success! Everyday nutritional support project has yielded great Results!!

Dear well wishers, I am happy to share that this group had been started on August 15 2019 with a motive to improve the health of the children ,TVK hamlet by offering milk, banana in the morning and chickpeas in the evening. This was possible because of the continuous support and love that you all offered to these children. Though I did not communicate often in this group, you all have never stopped your contributions. I am really fortunate to be a part of this beautiful group of learnt peoples who believe, trust and continuously support my thoughts. My sincere, thanks to everyone and special thanks to Prof.E.Srinivasan who always motivates and encourages me in a right way to continue this project. Special thanks to Mr.Boorasamy who takes care of this project in implementation and facilitating of the project in TVK Hamlet.  We are now stepping into the 3rd year ,  with you all your generous support and encouragement, we would improve and work together to bring a change in these children future. Thanks once again for all your support.

Young Engineer! - torch light from waste bottle

TVK gets electricity! It is festival of light and hope today - 11-11-2020

Thiruvalluvar Kudiyirupu - TVK hamlet got electricity today 11-11-2020, it is the BEST possible gift before Festival of Lights.

The most memorable day for the children, people, volunteers, workers and officials.

Years of work and thought were put to realize this on this special day.

Thanks and appreciations to all our "Joy of Giving", "Lets Educate TVK children" team and "Nizhalgal Servicing Society" members. 

Volunteer Thiru.Boorasamy who has been a blessing for the TVK people has has taken all pain and spent days to make things this happen.

District Administration had taken earnest effort to quicken and handle all the hurdles in getting electricity to these first citizens.

Tomorrow District Sub Collector will be inspecting TVK!

Today TVK children could study for more time after sunset. Till now Solar Light was supporting the children.

Wish the new light opens up lot of opportunity to the children to shine in their life!!

1.Need to setup mini library
2.Provide Solar lamp for children to enable them read at night
3. Prepare and Provide study materials towards innovative fun learning
4. Provide E-learning facilities
5.Provide reading writing tables for children as of now tvk children have developed habit of waking up early, reading and writing tests regularly.

This is the first step towards better learning.

As per the inputs of the teacher , Children are looking better now but lots to be done to improve their basics in subject and skill sets.

To portray how a little help can transform and bring out hidden talent in children, a video recording of children answering or writing same set of questions can be done say in Feb 2020, May 2020 and Dec 2020.

And a short collage video will explain the progress👍🏿

Media and general public will turn up and take interest only then.

The experiments in TVK need to be replicated in every village of our nation

This group is intented to provide best possible inputs to Thiruvalluvar Kudiyiruppu children for making them secure and self reliant.

How?
This can be done by hiring passionate skilled Teacher apart from Anganwadi teacher who can teach them basics of language, science , mathematics, life etc.

To Do:
We need to provide them with books, magazines, newspapers, library, teaching learning aids, typing skill, internet, computer, projector etc to keep them well equipped about science technology and social studies.

Why?
Education is the only way to liberate and make them live safely and self reliant in this world, where till recently they were bonded labourers.

What you can do?
The initiative can succeed only by cooperation from volunteers and more than one NGO, Trust.
