25th OCTOBER 2020- PROVIDING 43" SMART TV TO ENABLE ONLINE LEARNNG FOR TVK CHILDREN

 To enable Online classes and to upgrade learning , a  43''inch LG UltraHD TV at Rs.39,000  was donated to Thiruvalluvar Kudiyiruppu children by our "Let's educate TVK children" team member Mr.Karthik and family from Cuddalore . This is donated in memory of Mr.Karthik' s father on his anniversary falling on 1st November. 

The TV will be installed as soon as the hamlet gets electrical connection. 

Many Thanks to Mr.Karthik and family for their noble gesture .

 Appreciations to Mr.Gnanamurugan , Mr.Boorasamy of our team for their efforts in making this happen.

Our team of teachers will make sure the facility is utilized effectively by TVK children.

18th OCTOBER 2020-PROVIDING TABLES AND CHAIRS FOR THIRUVALLUVAR KUDIYIRUPPU CHILDREN EDUCATION

 For 24 Anganwadi Kids and 15 School going Children of TVK ,Tables and Chairs were purchased and placed in TVK Anganwadi building on 18.10.2020 by our LETS EDUCATE TVK CHILDREN team, Karaikal.  

4 Tables for School going Children(One table can accommodate 4 Children - Rs. 2700/- each)---                                                                                                                                         Rs. 10,800/-

5 Tables for kids (One table can accommodate 5 Children- Rs. 2400/- each)--- Rs. 12,000/-

12 nos. of  Plastic Chairs(Rs.290/- each)----                                                            Rs. 3,480/-

24 nos. of  Kids Chairs (Rso. 170/ each)---                                                              Rs.4,080/-

Total----                                                                                                                       Rs. 30,300/-

Teachers were given Diwali Bonus of Rs.3000/- each --                                         Rs.6000/-

Earlier Kids could sit on floor while learning , now a convenient dignified learning ambience has been provided to them by our team. We thank our sponsor cum team member Mr.Farooq from US and appreciate our volunteer David Brown for doing all ground works for this project.

Distribution of Uniforms to Thiuvalluvar Kudiyiruppu Children

Our "Let's Educate TVK children" team Dr.Thirumal, Shyam, Parameswaran and David Brown visited TVK hamlet yesterday and distributed uniforms to TVK children. 

They had a elaborate discussion with TVK people on their requirements and growth . We are extremely pleased to witness the growth of these people and hope they become more self reliant in the days to come.
